About Me

I was born and raised in Central Oahu. 

I'm 27 years young.

I've been a scrunchie sales girl, a baby sitter,  pizza delivery person, an Army analyst, a book stocker,

a student

and a Photographer.

Nothing. Has ever felt as right as capturing moments that others, may not even see.

My two greatest loves in life are photography and my children. 

My first camera was one of those cheapy little kid film cameras, where most of my shots were blurry or had my thumb in the middle of the frame. 

I've always enjoyed taking pictures, I have negatives dating back to Elementary school. 

My first digital camera, was lost to a camera eating tree. I was sitting in a tree leaning over Lake Wilson, when the camera took a plunge into the deep. I've never really recovered. I get nervous being near water with even my point-and-shoot camera, never mind my DSLR.

I really got into photography, by accident. When I started going to college, clueless about what I wanted to do with my life, I started to a slew of random electives. When I needed an art class I thought, huh. I like pictures. I'd like to learn more about photography. Lets do it. And something just, clicked. Pun intended. 

I'm constantly learning. About photography and life in general. I love to watch other photographers work, there's so much to learn from them.
Who knows where the world will take me from there.
 I do know that where ever it leads, my camera will be by my side. 

Thank you to the people that inspire me. The friends that motivate me, that build me up when the rest of the world tries to tear me down. To the family that I love and strive to make proud.
