Enamored + Engaged

 April showers bring May flowers, thankfully though the showers held off while I was shooting this awesome couple in Tacoma at the beginning of the month. Shot down on Renton Way and at Point Defiance on a slightly over cast day, with a groom to be who had no aversion to climbing on...anything. Gotta love that. I know it's been awhile since my last post, so without further ado....

So when I saw someone's photobooth styled STD's (save the dates)

I knew. I just knew. 

This was exactly what I wanted.

Kinda like I knew. 

I just knew.

He was the one for me. <3

I even let him touch the shutter release on my camera last night.

 Randomly beautiful day in Bremerton. See it doesn't rain all the time.
One day out of 100 there's clear skies.
Getting through the other 99 days is the tough part.

But well worth it.

Logos.

The simple definition of a logo is a Graphic Image, symbol or emblem created for a commercial purpose.

Angel Eyez Photography was born in between class projects, homework and in the middle of falling in love with photography.
My name was chosen from one of many I scribbled on folder paper while talking on the phone, other runners up included
Angelic Visions and real winners like Eye See or i c.
My logo was actually inspired by a J-lo flick called Angel Eyes.
If you haven't seen it, watch it. It's not that bad. Don't let J-lo fool you.

 Everything around us changes. Just today I watched Andy go off to college. I cried my eyes out.

So, while I love my original logo, and it has served me well for 5 years.
Change is upon us.
And so I unveil the new look of AEP.

Why the Z in Eyez? Honestly because Angel Eyes was already taken.
A few times.
And anyone who knows me knows, that putting letters where they don't belong
just because it appeals to me, is something I'd do.
Often.

After all it's the way I see it.
